Rules for participation
1. ViviMonferrato is a non-profit social promotion association. All costs related to the management of the association and the organization and implementation of activities are supported by membership fees, participation fees for the activities themselves, donations, and other contributions.
2. The membership fee for the current year is 10€ and gives the possibility to receive all communications related to social activities, and to participate in said activities in the ways that will be indicated from time to time.
3. All activities take place upon confirmation of participation, even for members.
4. Event registrations are not accepted via Facebook or other social networks, but only via WhatsApp and/or email and must be confirmed within 48 hours before the event, unless otherwise specified.
5. Events may have a variable duration: minimum 1 hour, maximum the whole day.
6. The website is the main communication tool for the association's activities. The newsletter can be sent to anyone who requests it. The newsletter is sent either via anonymous mailing list or via anonymous WhatsApp broadcast list.
7. Social media are used for quick communications regarding events and proposals of the association to the general public.
8. Members receive reserved communications via mailing list or WhatsApp broadcast list reserved for members.
9. Videos, Photos, and Recordings in general are not allowed during the activities, either towards speakers and/or participants, adults and minors, unless expressly authorized by the persons concerned or their legal guardians. In case of violation, ViviMonferrato reserves the right to take legal action or support any legal actions by third parties.
10. ViviMonferrato declines any responsibility for accidents of any kind that may occur to participants during organized activities.
11. DOGS: The itineraries that can be done with your own dog are limited by the type of places and context. Dogs must be well socialized with other dogs and with people.
12. People with dogs must always specify it and receive confirmation that they can bring them.
13. ViviMonferrato reserves the right to refuse/cancel requests from people with dogs if they have not communicated it, or are not able to guarantee the safety of other participants, whether human or canine.
14. In places not accessible to dogs, there must always be one of the owners to take care of them
